In November 2008, there were arranged several Music Programs in Latvia. The schedule of the concerts was very tense: 8 concerts during 2 days and one more concert on the last day of the tour.
On November 27, six Yuva Shaktis from Saint Petersburg came out of the train in Riga railway station. And in 20 minutes they met the other participants of the tour and started preparations for the first concert that was going to be in a school. The administration of practically all the educational establishments received us very open-heartedly and almost in all the schools and colleges nobody was against the talk about Sahaja Yoga at the concert. The first concert was probably the only one without talking about the human subtle body: there we just told the audience about the inner energy which was waiting to be awakened.

The first concert was performed for the working teenagers for whom studying is not the main thing in life. They received us not as openly as, for example, the audience of our second concert – the students of a college where the culture of India was taught. The third concert was at the same day and it was a little unusual: we performed for the future painters. The majority of them were very attentive and the most important thing – all of them, without exceptions, did the protocol. Tired, but very satisfied, we went to our last concert of that day. It took place in the canteen of the main building of Latvian State University.

The next day started early in the morning because for 11 am there was going to be a Public Program in a school of the town located in several (driving) hours from Riga. We briefly told the audience about Sahaja Yoga and gave Realization. We were amazed by the teachers who not only did the protocol themselves but also helped their students!
On that day, there were two more concerts in schools. Everywhere we were met by open-hearted children and their teachers. Everywhere we openly told about Sahaja Yoga and sometimes even about Shri Mataji, and everywhere it was accepted as self-evident.

The last concert in this city looked more like Sahaja Yoga program for newcomers than like a concert. This hall was planned to become a place for weekly newcomers’ programs. On Saturday, we had only one concert: in furniture salon. The audience consisted of 10-15 people two thirds of which were Sahaja Yogis. But the state was wonderful!
After every concert all the willing people were given the calendars with the drawing of a hand with the projections of the chakras in it and the addresses of Sahaja Yoga in Latvia. In total, we handed out 800 calendars and nearly the same quantity of people received their Self-Realization.
