In Russian cities, the Yuva Shakti meetings are held 1-2 times a week. Collective cleanings, meditations, watching of the talks by Shri Mataji are parts of such meetings. After that, the subject of conducting collective meetings, the meetings for newcomers and spreading Sahaja Yoga is discussed.

Besides, music rehearsals of Yuva Shakti music groups often follow the meditation part.

Yuva Shakti take an active part in children’s meetings, public programs and concerts (their preparation and conduction). When Yuva Shakti actively spread Sahaja Yoga, they attract the youth to Sahaja Yoga, be it work at the poster in a street or a big public concert.

Preparation for Diwali

Yuva Shakti try to actively participate in all-Russian Sahaja life: visit the festivals and tours (both in Russia and other countries), come to the International Sahaja Yoga Health Centre in Togliatti. Once a year, in winter, the All-Russian Yuva Shakti Seminar is held in Togliatti.
