Shri Mataji visited Russia many times. She was in the city of Togliatti five times. During Her visits, She asked Sahaja Yogis to open a Sahaja Yoga Health Centre, a Sahaja Children’s Kindergarten, a School and a Music Academy in Togliatti.
In those years Togliatti Sahaja Yogis organized two school classes. But they failed to develop the school because of the financial problems.
Since 1996, Togliatti Sahaja Yoga Kindergarten brings up children of Sahaja Yogis. And now, there are also children from other cities of Russia staying in the Kindergarten. In 1999, there was started a Sahaja Yoga Music Academy in Togliatti. In 2007, Shri Mataji gave it an International status.
In 2006, at Guru Puja in Cabella Shri Mataji showed Her interest in the Kindergarten, School, Music Academy and Health Centre again. She emphasised that all these Russian Sahaja institutions must be of the International level and all these projects must start working in Togliatti, Russia.
On October 30, 2006 Sahaja Yogis rented a cottage and some land where the Health Centre started its work. The doctors working there are from Togliatti and other Russian cities. They had had an internship in the Indian Health Centre in Belapur (Vashi).
Within two and a half years, 2,5 thousand Sahaja Yogis from Russia, CIS (former Soviet Republics) and other countries like America, Great Britain, Brazil, Spain, China, Mongolia, etc. visited this Health Centre. Many of those who had not felt vibrations started feeling them. They got rid of different diseases and problems, became deep and collective, learnt how to enjoy and to be joyful.

The Sahaja Yogis who visited Togliatti Health Centre gained experience of the cleaning of their subtle system; they also felt joy and love for their collectives. Thus, by their own experience they motivate other Sahaja Yogis to grow and become deeper.
Right now, on the land which was bought and blessed by Shri Mataji in 2006, Russian Sahaja Yogis are constructing a building where the International Sahaja Yoga Reserach and Health Centre will be located.
