Since 2007, the Seminars for Yuva Shakti have been taking place in Togliatti,Russia, and its neighbourhoods in a picturesque place near the Volga River. Traditionally, the Yuva Shakti Seminars are held in the period of winter holidays from December 31 till January 7. Annually, about 200-300 Yuva Shaktis from all over Russia visit these Seminars.

The schedule of the Yuva Shakti Seminars is similar to the one of Togliatti International Sahaja Yoga Health Centre. It means that during each day, within one week, collective cleaning techniques are used.

In the evenings, Yuva Shaktis have traditional Sahaja concerts (music and dancing programs), a Havan and Pujas. Yuva Shaktis merrily celebrate the New Year’s Eve having nice Sahaja dances, games and performances. The elder Sahaja Yogis (Members of the Russian Sahaja Council for the Advancement of Sahaja Yoga) are the ones who talk the Yuva Shaktis during the Seminar on different important topics of Sahaja Yoga in order to correct and direct Yuva Shakti’s energy into the proper Sahaja activity.
