The magazine “Science and Religion” is one of the most known Russian printings with a semicentennial history. The magazine is distributed all over the country. It has been published since September, 1959 and in the Soviet times it was published “as atheistic – for the propaganda of scientific knowledge which does not require any ‘hypothesis of God’ ”. Gradually, over the years and as a result of the political change in Russia, the magazine started publishing more and more articles proving the existence of God and also the articles which positively told about various religions, doctrines, religious concepts, etc.

From 2004 to 2007, in some issues of the magazine there was published a series of articles where it was told about Sahaja Yoga and its concept, about Shri Mataji and Her great influence on spiritual and moral development and physical health of a person.
